However, there was a communication issue regarding our reservation that caused some initial confusion.

The whole stay at Holiday Inn Express felt cozy. The bed provided wonderful support, and I slept like a baby. They served breakfast early, which I appreciated since I’m an early riser. Staff members greeted me cheerfully at the front desk. The pancake machine stole the show at breakfast. it’s fun and easy! The location made it easy to access both Surfside beach and various restaurants. However, the room had some issues. While it was spacious, I found the sheets a bit stained upon arrival. The noise from the fire alarm during the night startled me, but the staff handled it well. It’s a bummer housekeeping didn’t clean the room during my stay, forcing me to request new towels. I'd definitely stay here again, but I hope for improvements in cleaning and communication.

I loved the spacious room with comfy queen beds and large TV. The shower was relaxing too!

The check-in was all smiles, thanks to Carmen, who was super helpful. Breakfast options were delish and well-maintained. Just one little thing. the hallway smelled a bit off sometimes. Besides that, the room was cozy and clean. Will def be back next month.
